Point of View

Der Point-of-View beschreibt den Standpunkt und die Einsichten, die ein Team zu Personas und zu einem bestimmten Sachverhalt gemeinsam entwickelt haben.

In der Regel repräsentiert der Point-of-View eine subjektive Einstellung, die erst möglich wird, wenn es genug Hintergrundinformationen zu dem Sachverhalt und der Personas gibt. Dieser Prozess wird mit geführten Fragestellungen und in der Diskussion entwickelt. Der Point of View stellt in Kreativprozessen häufig das Gegenstück zum Briefing in Form eines Rebriefings dar.
